  • All equipment comes with a 6 month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • Sensory Den is not liable for improper use or maintenance of installed equipment.

  • Customers must follow provided guidelines for safe usage, see equipment user guide and disclaimer for further information.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase if the product is unused and in original condition.

  • Refunds are processed upon inspection of returned goods.

  • Custom installations are non-refundable.
